Moonlady Healing Services offers courses, group circles, and individual sessions where you have the opportunity to enjoy guided meditations. We can tailor these to suit your personal requirements.
During a course, you will explore meditation, beginning with how to start a meditation, through to various kinds of meditations. These will include spot meditations and visualisation/guided meditations.
After completing the course, you will have the skills to be able to easily relax, so you can actively reduce the experiences of stress in your own life.
